Set privately among olive trees just outside Montepulciano, this beautifully restored Tuscan villa offers a front-row seat to one of Italy's most enchanting landscapes. From the garden and terraces, look out across vineyards, rolling hills and cypress-lined roads towards the rooftops and towers of Montepulciano.
The Villa
Two bedrooms are located in the main villa, with a further two in the separate gatehouse.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. The sleeping arrangements include one super king and three king-size beds, with air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The ground floor of the main villa is centred around a spacious living room, ideal for relaxing and socialising, alongside a separate TV room, elegant dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and additional bathroom.
Life Outside
With several outdoor seating areas, there is always a perfect spot to enjoy the Tuscan sunshine, seek a little shade, gather with friends or simply take a quiet moment to yourself.
Double doors open from the kitchen onto a shaded breakfast terrace, making it the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely morning coffee or breakfast. From the dining room, doors lead to a second outdoor dining area beneath a pergola - ideal for long, relaxed lunches and dinners overlooking the countryside.
The swimming pool is nestled among Case di Vedetta’s own olive grove, with sun loungers positioned to make the most of the beautiful surrounding views. A shaded lounge area within the pool garden provides the perfect retreat from the midday sun.

Case di Vedetta is approximately 2km from Montepulciano and is within straightforward driving distance of several major Italian airports.
Florence Airport - approximately 1½–2 hours
Pisa Airport - approximately 2–2½ hours
Rome Fiumicino - approximately 2½–3 hours
Perugia Airport - a closer alternative for selected routes
A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding countryside and hill towns, while private airport transfers can also be arranged.

Case di Vedetta was everything we hoped for and more. The villa is beautifully appointed, but it’s the setting that really makes it special.
